I've Got Questions....Who's got answers?

Cars that run on milk... the farmers will be rich. RICH!

Oh, and the answer to the rest of the question is: because there's a hidden, secret section of the constitution that guarantees ridiculous profits for energy companies.
I also reviewed my heating gas bill this month.....why do they charge me more per unit as the months get warmer??
Because you are using less gas. During the cold months you are getting a volume discount. It's always been this way. The gas company has fixed expenses for operations and delivery of the product that they must meet regardless of the volume of gas sold and delivered. In the winter when they sell a lot more gas they can pass their savings on to you and they do. You just weren't paying attention when natural gas was cheap. If you start making noise and complaining about it they won't reduce the price in the summer, they'll raise the price in the winter.
Gas in upstate NY is just as expensive as it is in CA..because of the high taxes!

How bout cars that run on wind! endless...
